Welcome!

Good morning fellow fibromites! Today is a an exciting day. Together with Janices' leadership, we are starting our journey to feeling better. No miracle cures here. What works for me, won't necessarily work for you. There is no promises or gaurantees. Merely starting points for you to begin your own journey. There is so much information out there, but then, there is not enough. If you get what I mean. Its confusing and completely random. If your like me, you don't need more confusion in your life. Fighting the daily fog is bad enough. So we thought we'd try to collect information and gather it in one place. Your welcome, and yes, we do except chocolate as a form of repayment! ;0)
